All Rates include HST (13%) in the listed fee. Payment accepted via cash and e-transfer.
Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations prevent us from offering the time to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the scheduled appointment.
If you are able to fill your appointment time with another person by informing your clinician before the scheduled start time, the cancellation fee will be waived.
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late will receive treatment for the remaining time of their scheduled appointment. Your therapist will do their best to provide the most effective treatment possible within the time available.
