Unfortunately, my practice space is not accessible, as there are stairs to get to the room

Can my massage be covered by insurance?

Absolutely! Since I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, I can issue a receipt after our session that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I also offer direct billing to most major insurance companies, making the process quick and convenient.

Do I need to remove all of my clothes?

Nope! Before we start, I’ll ask you to undress to whatever level you’re comfortable with. Wearing more layers may limit some techniques, but I can still work over clothing and help you get the relief you’re looking for.

What kind of massage do you do?

I am professionally trained in Swedish massage and a variety of therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and more. While my treatments are often relaxation-focused, I also have strong clinical experience and enjoy providing deep tissue massage when appropriate.
